Morning Task:
Please have the students complete their spelling sort.
Dictation with the teacher using their spelling words. Focus on Adjectives, conjunctions, pronouns, adverbs, verbs, nouns etc. They will circle these on their dictation.

Handwriting lesson-
The students have handwriting books in the pink box near the big trays.
The students rule up 2 red lines at the top of their page ( I give them a score out of 10 as we are trying to work on their presentation)

Show students the stimulas, if the iPads are available please let them use these and type their journal entry in pages. Please make sure they have the date and title for their piece and that they use their assigned ipad ( they know their numbers) If not in their writing books is fine.
